How to make edits / revisions to an Adobe .pdf

  1. Either scan in your document and create a .pdf or download a copy as a .pdf and save to your computer.
  2. Open the .pdf in ADOBE ACROBAT only
  3. On the far right is the COMMENT icon – circled below in orange – click this icon

 

  1. In the Add a Comment field – type in your edits.  When finished with EACH edit – click POST.  This window will close.

  1. It will create a PURPLE comment bubble in the upper right-hand corner of the .pdf.  Select that bubble for that comment and MOVE it near the edited text.  This will help with how revisions are made.

  1. Once all your revisions / edits are entered. SAVE the .pdf to your computer and add REV to the end of the file name. Any questions or assistance needed, please contact Customer Service at 877-540-3660 or Leah.Claytor@mercy.net

 

To submit the edits for an item to be printed by ROi Print Solutions, follow the steps below.

Next Step:

Place an order in ROi Print Solutions for the part number that you have revised.  Once you have placed your order and have a JOB NUMBER – email Leah Claytor at leah.claytor@.mercy.net and attach the .pdf file with the revisions and provide the JOB number the .pdf is for.  Leah will then attach the .pdf with the changes to your JOB for Pre-Press to process.
